Genius Training Programs are offered in 5 1-Day Modules

These programs are approved through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program for up to 100% reimbursement for each participant for eligible organizations.

These one-day Genius Training Programs will cover the following topics:

Customer Service	Communications	Leadership	Management	Team Development
Customer Service Attributes Customer Serice Principles and Practices, and Customer Service Action Planning	Communication Attributes Communication Principles and Practices, and Communication Action Planning	Leadership Attributes Leadership Principles and Practices, and Leadership Action Planning	Six Management Attributes Management Principles and Practices, and Management Action Planning	Team Attributes Teamwork Principles and Practices, and Teamwork Action Planning

Genius training programs enable executives and managers to learn cutting edge information on customer service, communications, leadership, management, and team development. As needed, we can accomodate your business genius training needs by breaking each course into 2 or 4 hour segments.

As part of  each genious training program, each participant will receive an Innermetrix ADVanced Insights Assessment containing a DISC Index, Values Index, and Attributes Index.  The assessment will be used during eacch of the Genius Training Programs to help each participant understand not only their own preferred behaviors, values, and decision making talents, but those with whom they interact.

• The Attribute Index measures how you think and make decisions,
• The Values Index measures your motivational style and drivers, and
• The DISC Index measures your preferred behavioral style

Together they answer the questions WHAT, WHY and HOW:

• What natural talents do you have?
• Why are you motivated to use them?
• How do you prefer to use them?

Ask yourself, is it important to understand your natural talents, your motivators, and your preferred behaviors?  In each instance, we find it is.
