We have an immediate opening for an Account Clerk to work 20 to 30 hours weekly on a multi-year assignment with one of our clients in the construction industry. The Account Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, communicating with vendors, clients, and co-workers, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, and performing general office duties.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong A/P experience, including experience with QuickBooks. Job costing, experience with multiple companies, and a general understanding of A/R are strongly desired.
Additionally, we will require at least 2 years of A/P experience or a bachelor’s degree in a finance related field; or a combination of education and experience. One (1) year working in a construction environment or other environment that involves job costing is strongly desired. Desired skill set includes- attention to detail, flexible/adaptable, excellent communication skills, ability to perform work independently, with minimal supervision.
