Our client, a prominent CPA Firm on Cape Cod needs a full-time Staff Accountant who will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annually compiled financial statements, as well as perform accounts payable and/or receivable functions, for numerous small business clients.

The firm offers a completely cloud based, digital experience for clients. Internally, the firm is also fully cloud based. This allows the team to work and collaborate safely and remotely during this COVID-19 pandemic. The firm believes in creating an experience and culture that is best for the clients and team.

Our ideal candidate should have two (2) + years public accounting and financial reporting experience, a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, a strong knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online is required, as well as being proficient with all aspects of Microsoft office.  Our ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, assist clients with accounting, payroll, and basic software issues, and establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by communicating clearly and professionally.  The Executive Suite is an EOE.
