Permanent Placement
It takes a seasoned placement counselor to read between the lines of what you have done, what you are capable of doing and what is not within your current ability. We welcome the opportunity to work with you during your job search and will do what we can to provide you with direction and suggestion, regardless of our ability to place you with our clientele. Temporary Placement
Being a temporary has taken on a whole new meaning in the tumultuous job market of the 90s. Where once a temp was called to "fill in" when someone was ill or on vacation, today's temporary assignments can last for months and require the temp to become actively and responsibly involved in the regular activities of the client company. Companies have downsized until only their core competencies are actually handled by permanent employees. All other functions are done on an as-needed basis either by temporary assignment or by outsourcing the function to another business that has that professional expertise.
Working as a temporary can be to your advantage. You have the opportunity to learn new skills, or explore new industries. Many of our temporaries are offered permanent positions, after they have been on assignment. We welcome your inquiry.
