What to Expect

   
    Thank you for visiting our web site.  We want to take this opportunity to explain how we work so that should you feel that we are an appropriate employment search source, you will have a clear idea of what to expect.

    The Executive Suite consultants are hired by the company for the company's needs.  Search and placement are two of the things we do, but not the only things we do.  However, it's certainly to your advantage that we know who you are and what you want to do and we welcome your inquiry. 

   In order for us to be helpful to you, it is important that you have some idea of what you are looking for.  We appreciate a copy of your resume with a cover letter, which describes the kinds of things that you are interested in, what kind of salary expectation you have and how far you are willing to travel.

    Every resume that we receive is seen by all of our consultants before being stored in a key-word database.  You may or may not be called for an interview right away, depending on what searches are already in house, but be assured that we don't lose you in the shuffle.  Our searches change daily and our first stop is the data base. 

    The Executive Suite is happy to do courtesy interviews when time is available.  But please bear with us; our attention must go toward the current searches that we have been hired to do...it's how we get paid.  Remember, we are one of many resources available to you in your job search.
