How we function:

In our business, many of our positions are filled before we even get a chance to list them.  Sometimes the client starts out only wanting a temporary, but so often, the candidates who are willing to get in there and show the company how valuable they can be to the company, end up being hired as permanent employees.  Your enthusiasm will often be a factor in your landing a job!

Resumes -Your Calling Card:

A word about resumes:  It's your calling card and a great resume includes the following:

• all your skills and experiences

• all your education and technical learning

• all your software abilities

• any pertinent certification, licenses, and/or authorizations

• good writing, spelling and grammar, free of errors

Create more that one resume focusing on several areas of your expertise and experiences.

Include a cover letter explaining in real English that your are realistic, available, and searching for a new opportunity.
