We demand excellence from all our temporary staff employees. Each candidate who is accepted as a member of our temporary staffing team is thoroughly interviewed, skills tested, reference checked and background checks are performed where appropriate.
Our staff members are employed and paid by us and our payroll is managed and monitored by an outside professional accounting firm, to insure that all benefits and legally required withholdings are properly handled and filed. The hourly rate you are charged includes all the above as well as our fee for service.
Our process is efficient and effective. Because we have a full temporary staff team with extensive qualifications, we are able to fill your assignment rapidly. You may keep our staff member as long as needed. In many cases, clients decide to hire the staff member, so we manage the transition in accordance with our temp agreement.
We recognize that many candidates need to work as temps until that right job comes along so we support that reality. While we are losing staff and must charge a fee to replenish our inventory, we discount our normal placement fee based on the number of months the temp has been in place.
