Elizabeth Harris-Moritz founded The Executive Suite in 1979 and has been its driving force since that time. She has spent the past 30 years in Human Resources developing a specialty -- helping to solve the unique management problems of small entrepreneurial businesses. Having spent her early career in public affairs for two Fortune 500 companies this experience has allowed her to adapt many of the organizational and management methods she learned there, to her small business clients. She currently shares her human resource expertise with readers of Cape Business Magazine where she writes a regular column on human resource issues.

Mrs. Harris-Moritz and her staff of professional human resource managers are committed to organizational excellence and to serving the business communities in which they operate. Presently Ms. Harris-Moritz serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Duffy Health Center, is a Trustee of the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra, as well as serving as the managing partner of The Saugus Group. She is a past President and a founder of the Cape Cod Human Resource Association where she continues to serve as a board member. She is a past President of the Hyannis Club of Kiwanis International. She is a former Chairman of the Economic Development Commission for the Town of Barnstable; and has served as a director of Independence House, the American Cancer Society; The Falmouth Theater Guild; the Cape Cod Women's Organization and the Women's Resource Center of Cape Cod Community College. She has served as a Division Chair of the United Way. Until 1998 she served as a member of the Management Program Advisory Board at Cape Cod Community College.

A classically trained musician, Ms. Harris-Moritz has performed with the Cincinnati Orchestra & Chorus, The Atlanta Symphony & Robert Shaw Chorale,The Scottish National Orchestra & Chorus, the Chatham Chorale and the Cape Cod Chorale.
