Warren J. Rutherford, is the Owner & President of The Executive Suite and the founder and President of Rutherford Advisors, Inc., the parent company of The Executive Suite, which it acquired in 2009. The company services clients internationally.
Warren has over 34 years expertise in business management – to small and medium sized businesses, government organizations, and not for profit organizations. Warren is an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an accredited CMT-Master Mentor, and a One Page® Business Plan Consultant (COPBP). Warren is a Sr. Franchise Consultant for MatchPoint Networks.
As the Director of Coaching Programs for Innermetrix, Inc. Warren is a certified Innermetrix 5th Level Coach with certifications in Axiology, DISC, andValues. He certifies coaches internationally in Innermetrix Coaching Programs.
He has a BA in Political Science from UMass-Amherst and an MPA in Public Organization and Management from Northeastern University.
Kendra B. Wallin is our Staffing Coordinator. Kendra began her career in human resources in 2006 recruiting for a Boston-based boutique staffing firm. Upon relocating back to the Cape Cod, where she is originally from, Kendra expanded her skill set while pursuing a marketing position, but ultimately decided to follow her passion back to human resources. She enjoys helping both clients and candidates to find the perfect match. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University.
Mary Casali is our Human Resources Cooridnator. Mary began her career in 1992 as a personnel coordinator and has worked in a human resources capacity the past 20 years including outsourced HR, classification studies, and personnel audits. Mary holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Personnel Psychology from Bridgewater State College.
As a member of The 324 Team, Joe Rahal is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and resided in Omaha, Nebraska from 1997 through December 2008 where he founded Rahal Consulting – a consulting practice specializing in sales, sales management, business development, marketing and business strategies targeting privately held, middle market clients.
