Our workshops for the Fall 2010 Season are scheduled and ready to go. This Fall we have partnered with the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce who will be hosting and co-sponsoring several of our workshops at their new Plymouth Area Business and Education Center. In Hyannis we are partnering again with Venture EBC and the Hyannis Area Chamber of Commerce.

Hiring and Managing Smart 8:00 am to 9:30 am
September 15 in Plymouth & September 23 in Hyannis

Balanced Scorecards for the Busy Business Person 8:00 am to 9:00 am
November 17 in Plymouth & November 18 in Hyannis
Employers may plan, but are they planning AND measuring the right things to increase performance? This session will cover –
How a balanced scorecard is used to develop a strategic planning & management system and is used to align business activities to -
- Develop business vision and strategy,
- Improve internal and external communication, and
- Monitor performance against goals.
Leadership and Management Practices in the New Economy 8:00 am to 9:00 am
December 8 in Plymouth & December 9 in Hyannis
The new economy has shifted the focus of leadership and management in business. The knowledge worker, the knowledge economy, increased performance – all require a different approach. This session by Warren Rutherford will cover what really drives performance in business, including –
