Our Team
Warren J. Rutherford, is the Owner & President of The Executive Suite and the founder and President of Rutherford Advisors, Inc., the parent company of The Executive Suite, which it acquired in 2009.
Warren has over 33 years expertise in business management – to small and medium sized businesses, government organizations, and not for profit organizations. He has learned a lot along the way as an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an accredited CMT-Master Mentor, and as a certified Innermetrix 5th Level Coach with certifications in Axiology, DISC, Values, and as One Page® Business Plan Consultant (COPBP). He is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He enjoys working with business owners and their staff to increase their productivity and profit.
Warren is an Assistant Director, BNI, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Rhode Island region. He enjoys working with clients across the United States and Canada, as well as in Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, his home base. He has a BA in Political Science from UMass-Amherst and an MPA in Public Organization and Management from Northeastern University.
Abigail Adams joined The Executive Suite in 2005. Currently she coordinates temporary and permanent placements for the company. Abigail holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Ithaca College in New York. She spent the early part of her career as an instructor and consultant of English as a Second Language. She assisted clients in developing business programs for their employees while based in Singapore and then Prague. Upon returning to the states, she worked as a Career/Outsourcing Counselor in Albany, NY.
She is certified to both administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Abigail is a member of the board of the Cape Cod Human Resource Association and is active on the membership committee of the Cape Cod Young Professionals.
Pamela “PJ” Layng has recently affiliated with the staff at The Executive Suite as a specialist in recruitment, executive marketing, outplacement services, and human resource services. She serves as President and CEO of PJL Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in development, marketing, recruitment, and event management.
A search industry professional since 1979, when she specialized in administrative support and paraprofessional searches, she also works with the firm ZurickDavis, focusing on physician leadership searches. She has created and implemented physician recruitment and retention programs in major Healthcare systems nationwide. Her experience includes a wide range of recruiting, from Administrative Assistants to Senior Executives in the non-profit sector and private industry.
She serves on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Florida, and is a member of the National Association of Sales and Marketing Executives, Leadership Business Council, National Association of Physician Recruiters, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and is a founding member of the New England Women’s Foundation. PJ Layng earned a BA in Speech Communication and did Masters work in the field of Non-profit Management and Organizational Development at George Washington University.
Mary L. Casali has recently affiliated with the staff at The Executive Suite as a specialist in human resources management. Mary has an extensive background in human resources including employee training, professional classification and compensation plan development, and has successfully coordinated and administered a variety of employee programs and activities. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology from Bridgewater State College.
