Form I-9 – The U.S . Citizenship and Immigration Services issued a new edition of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The new edition, dated August 7, 2009, and expiring August 31, 2012, makes no substantive changes to the form from the prior February 2, 2009 edition. The August 7 edition only makes punctuation and formatting changes to the Form I-9′s instructions. “EEO is the Law” Poster - EEOC revises its “EEO is the Law” poster. The EEOC updated its “EEO is the Law” poster to include information about the employer provisions of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, which are effective November 21, 2009 and also includes Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 and revised contact information for the EEOC and the OFCCP. Click link to download.  EEO is the Law
